These Terms of Service govern your use of the Rezzy Gear website and purchases made from Rezzy Gear. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds policy, and Shipping Policy.

Store information and product listings

We work to keep product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability accurate. Colors and appearance can vary by screen, garment blank, production method, and size. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel an order affected by a material listing or pricing error, with any payment collected for a canceled order refunded as appropriate.

Orders

An order is a request to purchase and may be subject to acceptance, payment verification, product availability, fraud review, and fulfillment capability. We may decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable products, or fulfillment limitations.

Custom and personalized products

For custom, personalized, ceremonial, or made-to-order products, you are responsible for reviewing the spelling, names, clan information, colors, sizing details, and other customization information you provide. Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other order-specific charges are shown before purchase when required. We may change prices for future orders at any time.

Shipping and fulfillment

Shipping and production terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise in writing.

Intellectual property

Rezzy Gear names, logos, artwork, graphics, designs, site content, and other original brand materials are owned by or licensed to Rezzy Gear and may not be copied, reproduced, sold, distributed, or used commercially without permission except as allowed by law.

Acceptable use

You may not use the site to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, transmit malicious code, interfere with site security or operation, commit fraud, or abuse another person or service.

Third-party services

The store may rely on third-party services, including Shopify, payment providers, fulfillment partners, and carriers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and availability outside Rezzy Gear's control.
